Scott +Sharona // Cranbrook History Centre Wedding // Kootenay Wedding Photographer

Scott and Sharona's big day was the final wedding of the season for us and it was such a great day to end the year with. We were really looking forward to this day after we had such a great time at the engagement shoot.

We started the day with some getting ready photos before heading to the Cranbrook History Centre for a beautiful ceremony  followed by some family photos before heading to Idlewild park with for some bridal portraits and wedding party photos. Idlewild is a great location for Cranbrook Wedding photos. It is close, accessible and provides a wide range of options for photos. Mountain views, bridges, trees, winding paths, and ridgelines were all in play and offered a great variety for Scott and Sharona. The breezy afternoon really added to photos with the waving fall grasses and beautiful vail trailing Sharona.

After wrapping up at the park we returned to the history centre for the reception. The guests were excited welcome the newlyweds back during their entrance with some boisterous cheers and applause. Heartfelt speeches followed a tasty meal and were enjoyed with a mix of happy tears and lots of laughs. The rest of the night was we basically lived on the dance floor with the fun loving guests as they danced away the rest of night.
