Maddie + Tim // St Eugene and Prestige Cranbrook Wedding //East Kootenay Wedding Photographers

We were so lucky to have the opportunity to capture Maddie and Tim’s whimsical wedding day. The day began at the beautiful St. Eugene Mission where we captured the fun-loving couple and the wedding party getting ready. If you have ever been to St. Eugene Mission you are probably familiar with the magical tree lined walkway leading to the front doors of the Mission. What an amazing location for a wedding ceremony! We were tipped off that they had a bit “extra” planned for when they made their entrances. This did not disappoint and was definitely the most epic wedding party entrance we have ever seen. Tim is a pilot and to his groomsmen (groundcrew) guided him down the runway after everyone had been delivered refreshments from the best dressed ushers.

St. Eugene is a great venue for photos as well. The Mission and grounds make great backdrops for family photos and then you can load up a few golf carts and use the incredible views the course has to offer for wedding party and bridal party photos.

The reception was at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort in Cranbrook. The food was delicious, and it was the perfect location for the heartfelt speeches and lively dance floor that followed. This crew loved to dance, and I mean everyone. There was never a dull moment on the dance floor, and we love that. We have so much fun getting out there and dancing around to capture the energy and fun that takes place on the dance floor.
